During the pride, no matter in what state I followed it, children are always an important part of the demonstration. Not so much aesthetically as symbolically: parents teach to the new generations equality at the expense of discrimination, love instead of hate, the beauty of a colorful world instead of dark gray one. All this, if applied to a laic state strongly conditioned by the presence of the Vatican and the Catholic Church within the territory (and specifically within the Roman area), assumes an exponentially greater value.
