Spaccanapoli cuts a large part of the city in two, starting from the Pignasecca district and crossing the entire historic center to arrive near the Central Station.

It undoubtedly represents one of the most typical places in the city, where Neapolitan tradition, art and culture come together. Local craft shops, very rich pastry shops, famous crib art shops, bars and pubs that make it a must for tourists and one of the liveliest and most animated places in the city.

A journey through Neapolitan society, from the degradation of hispanic neighborhoods, through the lavish shopping of via Toledo, union and separation: a union of polar opposites, separation of the northern part of the city from the southern one.

Among all these peculiarities that distinguish a more unique than rare street in an already atypical city, I perceived the essentiality of these people in the truest and most direct actions, those transmitted through the music of local artists who perform with great mastery along this beautiful road.
